No-bake Purple Sweet Potatoes Energy Bars

A healthy dessert bar, a pre-workout meal, or as an afternoon snack paired with coffee. This sweet potato recipe will surely satisfy and keep you energized without deviating from your healthy eating grind.



Ingredients:

800g cooked Sweet potatoes

2/3c Condensed milk

4 tablespoons ground Chia seeds

1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts


Instructions:

Boil sweet potatoes and peel them. In a large mixing bowl, mash or grate the sweet potatoes. Add the condensed milk, seeds, and nuts. Mix using a wooden spoon or with clean hands.

Transfer onto a square pyrex and spread evenly. Store in the fridge for upto 5 days.
